Liver
Liver has been used in order to demonstrate tumor outgrowth in loxP-TagLuc mice which has been Crossed to Albumin Cre mice. Tumors can be detected by non-invasive in vivo bioluminescent imaging. Mice could be used as negative control for T cell prediction by non invasive bioluminescent imaging (see "T cell activation").
